Walnut wood lidded box – Evaline Collins

Spacious walnut wood lidded box with little heartwood, so the lighter colour dominates and dark brown appears mainly in the centre. It could be used for keys near a coat rack. The lid is loose-fitting and can be opened with one hand. Shellac and three coats of polyurethane varnish create a glossy finish.
