Plum wood lidded box – Sefton Lindsey

Plum wood lidded box with an American walnut knob. The plum grain contrasts with the unusually shaped knob, which has flat areas. This was my first attempt at this shape, so I deliberately left the knob oversized. Three coats of polyurethane varnish create a glossy finish.
